Closed-Loop Wash Rack System Specifications: - Minimum 400-gallon Stainless steel oil/water separator filtration system - NEMA 4 electrics - PLC controlled - Continuous HD ozone injection - High-pressure media filter - Auto backwash filter - Auto disk oil skimmer - Oil coalescing media - Continuous recirculation - Absolute filtration to 25-micron - Minimum 500 gallon holding tank with sensors - Up to 30 GPM of water delivery - Remote Operator Panel Other minimum specifications: (1) Hot water, Diesel 4GPM 3,000PSI pressure washer Spring Rewind Reel with standard pressure washer hose Standard Duty 25GPM @ 100PSI Water Cannon Approximately 20ft ISO Container for equipment housing that is co-located with Wash Rack Platform.
