## Description

**AMENDMENT 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the delivery date from June 14 2024 at 4:00 PM to June 21 2024 at 4:00 PM MDT. Please see attached documents for amended COMBO.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA485524Q0024 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 05/22/2024 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 04/25/2024 Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 07/07/2023 This requirement is being set-aside for: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333415 which has a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees.
