However, in accordance with Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 64-119, the Contracting Officer may use FAR guidance at their discretion. Moody AFB is seeking for capable vendors for a small construction project. The original concrete coating on a building breezeway has been ground off and removed. This requirement would consist of concrete surface preparation, including mechanical grinding and repair of cracks and spalls, followed by the application of a commercial-grade chip coating system. The estimated square footage is 550 sq ft, including one stairwell and 7 additional entry steps. This work is inside a breezeway on the first and second floor of the building. See pictures attached for reference. Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, and indicate business size using NAICS 238390, size standard $19,000,000.00.
