Moody AFB is searching for capable vendors able to fulfill the requirement for a singular (1) radio tester capable of performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on command, control, and communications radios used by Air Traffic Controllers supporting flying operations. Requirements for the radio tester are as follows: Required to perform signal generation in VHF/UHF frequency bands, operation frequency measurement, signal plus noise ratio measurement, distortion analyzing, output power measurement, spectrum analyzing, modulation measurement, cable and antenna measurements, and receiver audio measurements. All cables, adaptors, and connectors for testing, troubleshooting, and alignment. Tested with Headquarters Air Force Flight Standards Agency.
