## Description

**Amendment 0003:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date from Friday 13 September 2024 to Wednesday 18 September 2024.

**Amendment 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the offer due date from Thursday 1 August 2024 to 13 September 2024.

2. Remove item 3.9 from the Statement of Work (rolling carts).

3. Rephrase the statement in the Statement of Work from "The old furniture will be removed from the laboratory." to "The old furniture will be removed from the laboratory and placed in the parking lot."

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date from Wednesday 31 July 2024 to Thursday 1 August 2024.

**General Statement:** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. The 23d Maintenance Squadron (MXS) requires multiple size workbenches and roll around equipment stands to the specified requirements listed below along with their installation.

All workbenches and roll around equipment stands shall be of a design that prevents accumulation of dust and facilitates cleaning. Working surfaces shall be resistant to heat, chemicals, chipping, or other deterioration and electrically nonconductive. Vendor shall be required to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and materials needed to build (if not previously built) and place all workbenches and roll around equipment stands. All items must be fully assembled when placed in final position within the lab.

Vendor shall perform function check of each workbench and roll around equipment stand. Vendor shall disassemble and remove old workbenches and roll around carts identified to be removed and place them in the parking lot outside Building 552, at location appointed by customer. Vendor shall complete work in three (3) rooms within building 552. Vendor shall be responsible for daily clean up and proper disposal of refuse and materials.

Vendor shall be working in an environmentally controlled laboratory and must work in a fashion to maintain the environment to include but not limited to keeping the doors closed. Vendor shall limit bringing dirt into the lab and shall not be allowed to bring drinks into the lab. All workbenches must be built to requirements found inside Statement of Work. 3.1 Produce six (6) each electrical workbench with riser and top shelf. 72in ±2 length, with an adjustable height, on demand, of 29in to 40in.

Two (2) side by side and centered drawers. 3.2 Produce three (3) each electrical workbench with riser. 72in ±2 length. A five (5) drawer cabinet placed below the workbench from underside of bench to the floor, shall be placed on the right side. 3.3a Produce one (1) each electrical workbench with riser. 90in ±6 length. A five (5) drawer cabinet placed below the workbench from underside of bench to the floor, shall be placed on the right side. 3.3b Produce four (4) each electrical workbench with riser.

90in ±6 length. A five (5) drawer cabinet placed below the workbench from underside of bench to the floor, shall be placed on the left side. 3.4 Produce seven (7) each electrical workbench. 72in ±2 length. With an adjustable height, on demand, of 29in to 40in. Two (2) side by side and centered drawers. 3.5 Produce four (4) each electrical workbench. 90in ±2 length. with an adjustable height, on demand, of 29in to 40in. Two (2) side by side and centered drawers. 3.6 Produce two (2) each butcher block workbench.

72in ±2 length. A five (5) drawer cabinet placed below the workbench from underside of bench to the floor, shall be placed on the right side. 3.7 Produce one (1) each butcher block workbench. 90in ±6 length. A five (5) drawer cabinet placed below the workbench from underside of bench to the floor, shall be placed on the left side. 3.8 Produce two (2) each electrical split top workbench. Two (2) flush side by side tops a minimum of 36in ±2 length. Top should rise independently, on demand, a minimum of 18in height.

A five (5) drawer cabinet placed below the workbench from underside of bench to the floor, shall be placed on the left side. A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, July 24th at 1:00 PM EST at Building 552 on Moody AFB. Respondents interested in the site visit shall respond no later than Tuesday, July 23rd at 10:00 AM EST to SrA Cloud I. Wharton at cloud.wharton@us.af.mil. All vendors must provide a capability statement with item specifications and measurements included for technical review.
