## Description

The project involves the replacement of a total of twelve (12) 3-bedroom cabins (Cabin B, Cabin D, Cabin E, Cabin F, Cabin G, Cabin H, Cabin I, Cabin K, and Cabin O, Cabin A, Cabin C, Cabin J) located at 5360 Grassy Pond Rd, Lake Park, GA 31636. Four (4) of the Modular Cabins will be ADA Compliant (Cabin B, Cabin D, Cabin E, and Cabin F) and eight (8) will be standard Modular Cabins (Cabin G, Cabin H, Cabin I, Cabin K, and Cabin O,Cabin C, Cabin A, Cabin J). Cabin C, A and J will be exercised as options.

The damages were incurred during a recent storm, necessitating the replacement of twelve (12) total cabins with three (3) of the twelve (12) being exercised as options. The objective is to fully replace the cabins that were damaged during the storm.
