Field Expedient Camo Kits - 8 ft by 100 ft camouflage netting in an enclosed backpack/rucksack. -Must provide protection against Ultra-violet, Visual, Shortwave-Infrared, Near-Infrared, Longwave-Infrared, and Thermal Imagers. -Reversable with different color patterns on each side. - Come in the following camouflage color patterns: Light Woodland on one side and Desert on the other, Dark Woodland on one side and Alpine on the other, Desert on one side and Urban on the other. -Qty: 4 of each color pattern. Each kit shall hold one of the camo nets. 12 total. 2. Camouflage Poncho Systems -Must be reversable with different colors per side. -Have ability to link together to make a larger system. -Must provide protection against Ultra-violet, Visual, Shortwave-Infrared, Near-Infrared, Longwave-Infrared, and Thermal Imagers. - Come in the following camouflage color patterns: Light Woodland on one side and Desert on the other, Dark Woodland on one side and Alpine on the other, Desert on one side and Urban on the other. -Have stake/assembly kits to hold the fabric up around personnel or hide sites. -Qty: 6 of each color pattern. 18 total. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement addressing its capabilities, capacity, and location which shall be considered by the agency. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
