## Description

This is a new requirement to execute a Design-Build project to replace and upgrade the end-of-life HVAC system in Building 462 at Tyndall AFB. Because the principal purpose of this project consists of highly specialized trade work, this requirement invokes the specialty trade construction limitations on subcontracting pursuant to FAR 52.219-14(e)(4). Accordingly, the prime contractor must perform at least 25 percent of the cost of the contract, excluding the cost of materials, with its own employees.NAICS:
