## Description

**20 May 2026:** The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional information on the Modulift per the, "US-MOD-50-UI-compressed.pdf_safe (1)" Attchement found in the Attachments/Links section.

**19 May 2026:** The purpose of this amendment is to attach the answers to the questions received for this solicitation, along with two pcitures pursuent to the questions. All other terms and conditions remain unchaged. Please view changes in the Attachments/Links section.

**14 May 2026:** The purpose of this amendment is to update the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The original SOW is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised SOW, dated 14 May 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please view changes in the Attachments/Links section

The contractor shall provide Lifting Equipment Load Testing Services IAW the attached Statement of Work & ASME documents.
