## Description

**ATTN:** Please carefully read the Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters and Evaluation Factors for Award (last 2 pages of solicitation attachment) prior to submitting an offer. The contractor shall provide a PEAK Kit or Equal IAW the attached Salient Characteristics.

**Questions Due:** May 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT All questions must be submitted in writing via email. Questions received after the due date may not be answered. All answers will be consolidated and posted as an amendment on SAM.gov on May 7, 2026 by COB.
