## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed price, single-source contract for Access Control System Service and Maintenance. The approach is neccessary due to the proprietary nature of the LenelS2 OnGuard system requirement for certified and specialized maintenance.

Securadyne Systems Intermediate LLC (DBA Allied Universal Technology Services), located in 15770 Dallas PKWY STE 500, Dallas, Texas 75248, United States, currently holds the maintenance contract for the access control system. Additional licenses/equipment shall be compatible with existing proprietary software/hardware.

The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Commercial Procedures in FAR Part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and shall be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed with existing database migration and licenses. If no affirmative written response is received by 2:00 PM, CST, July10, 2025, then the Government will proceed with the original contractor of existing software/licenses/equipment.

A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
