## Description

The 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill AFB, FL, is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of two (2) brand-new, identical mobile bleacher units in support of the Outdoor Recreation program. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. All details, technical specifications, and delivery requirements are fully defined in the attached Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW).

**Summary of Key Requirements:**

**Item:** Two (2) identical mobile, hydraulic-operated, highway-compliant bleachers (minimum 300 seats total combined capacity).

**Delivery Terms:** F.O.B.

**Destination to MacDill AFB, FL 33621. Delivery Timeline:**

**60 Days ARO Post-Delivery:** Walk-through of equipment and warranty overview upon delivery. Please refer to the attached solicitation document and Statement of Work for full submission instructions, technical characteristics, and evaluation criteria. Questions are due NLT 24 July 2026 Amended 24 July 2026 - Removed wording from Statement of Work (SOW) requiring "Enclosed riser ADA stairs with handrails".
