## Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a single source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 13.106-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) intends to solicit and award a single source contract to DynaTouch for Kiosk Maintennace. The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price service contract to fulfill this requirement.
