## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA481424TF090 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FederalAcquisition Circular FAC 2024-05; Effective 22 May 2024. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 314910 with a size standard of 500 employees. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (hereinafter referred to as “Request for Quote” and/or “RFQ”) is to:

USSOCOM is building a new fitness area for the SOCOM headquarters. There is a 20’ x 35’ concrete slab in place with a BeaverFit Fitness Locker on it. SOCOM is requesting a fabric sunshade with metal from to be fabricated and installed over the slab. The slab has an 18”x 18” thickened slab edge to support the sunshade. Please refer to the SOW for more information.
