## Description

4 OSS/OSA requires a Brand Name Keysight Technologies FieldFox Radio Frequency (RF) Analyzer P/N N9913C and associated accessories and warranties IAW the attached SF 1449 Solicitation. This requirement is a Brand Name requirement and is supported with a Only One Source Determination & Findings IAW RFO 12 supporting the Brand Name specifications. As a note, RFO clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies to this solicitation.
