These 6 units are in different locations across the building including the roof or sides, ranging from 2–ton - 15-ton HVAC units. The contractor shall be required to remove and dispose of old units and install the replacement units and any additional equipment needed to make the system function properly i.e. controls, thermostats, electrical wiring, duct work, refrigerant lines, insulation, etc. Award will be based on past performance and price. Currently this requirement is unfunded. Award will be made once funds are received and not later than 30 September 2026.
