## Description

This requiremnt is for 30 quantity of, Brand Name, Bose Proflight Series 2 Headsets WITH BLUETOOTH(Part Number: 789812-5040) with 60 quantity of 6-pin LEMO to Fixed Wing Adapter (Part Number: 327080-0010). Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Please see attachments for further details. See attached amendment 1 for updated CLIN details regarding the needed items. See attached amendment 2 for updated CLIN 0003 information.

See attached amendment 3 for extension of solicitation to Monday, 15 Sep, at 0900 AM EST. See attached amendment 4 for updated verbiage for CLIN 0001, updated verbiage and quantity change to CLIN 0002 and deletion of CLIN 0003. The solicitation will now close on Thursday, 25 Sep, at 1000 AM EST.
