## Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for collecting samples, transporting samples, providing sample analysis and reporting services according to NC DENR guidelines. Samples shall be taken at various locations throughout SJAFB and Blakeslee Air Force Recreational Area at points and times designated by the Government. See attached Statement of Work for additional information. **RFIs, Amendment, Revised Statement of Work, and Offer Schedule (for optional use) are added 9-April. Respondents are reminded to submit both the signed SF1149 and SF30 to the POCs below. Thank you.
