PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT (a) A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted on 13 November 2024 at 0800 EST. Prospective offerors are not required to attend this event; however, attendance by prospective offerors is highly encouraged. (f) The Government will begin the event with a brief pre-proposal conference convened by the contracting officer and/or 4th Contracting Squadron Representative, discussing this requirement and summarizing solicitation procedures. The event will conclude with a site visit that shall consist predominantly of a detailed tour of the performance sites at Seymour Johnson AFB. The site visit portion of this event shall be led by a Government civil engineer representative. The purpose of the site visit is to afford prospective bidders the ability to assess the primary project area in preparation of proposal development.
