## Description

Shaw AFB has a requirement to procure 1 commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) 2000-gallon double-wall aviation fuel trailer. The proposed equipment must be new, strictly adhere to the salient characteristics listed (see attached Statement of Need (version 2), and be completely assembled and ready for immediate operation upon delivery.
