The required service includes providing high-resolution weather forecasting, AI-driven predictive modeling, and automated alerts for the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility. A critical requirement is the contractor's demonstrated ability to rapidly deploy the service and deliver structured data products to a designated Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) boundary for integration into classified enclaves (including SIPRNet and JWICS) to support mission planning and command and control functions. This acquisition will be conducted as a best-value tradeoff using the simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions found in FAR Part 12. The evaluation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106.
