Each offeror's technical narrative (no more than 5 pages) will receive a rating (acceptable/unacceptable) with a breakdown of the hotel names and addresses, and the number of rooms reserve in each hotel and description of the room. The Government will then evaluate the first three (3) lowest prices offers for technical acceptability and assign a technical rating of acceptable or unacceptable. If all three (3) offers are technically acceptable, no further offers will be evaluated. However, if any of the first three (3) are found to be technically unacceptable, the Government will continue to evaluate offers until there are three (3) technically acceptable offers.
