## Description

This requirement is for Grease Trap Cleaning Services in accordance with (IAW) the statement of work (SOW) at six (6) Shaw AFB facilities. Base period of performance is for 1 year plus 4 option years (1 May 2025 - 31 March 2030). The purpose of amendment FA480325Q00080001 is to:

1. Remove Clauses

FAR 52.223-22 Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals--Representation, FAR 52.222-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities, and FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity 2. Add or replace Clauses

FAR 52.223-10 Waste Reduction Program (DEVIATION 2025-O0004) and 52.223-23 Sustainable Products and Services. (DEVIATION 2025-O0004) to ensure 2025-O0004 deviations are used. 3. Amended Clause

FAR 52.212-5 to reflect Class Deviation 2025-O0004 The purpose of amendment FA480325Q00080002 is to:

Change the small business set aside category to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB)
