**Amendment 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to correct the priorities in the buildings contained in the SOO from: 1.- Bldg. 1902 priority #1 to Bldg. 1925 priority #1. 2.- Bldg. 216 from priority #3 to priority #2. 3.- Bldg. 1902 from priority # 1 to priority #3. 4. Bldg. 1130 HQ from priority #3 to priority #4

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
