## Description

The 49th Civil Engineering Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking a contractor to abate all asbestos and lead-based paint in Building 584 on Holloman AFB, NM and dispose of all material, in accordance with state and federal regulations and requirements, IAW the Statement of Objectives dated 15 November 2024 at Attachment 1. Surveys have been completed and are attached as Attachments 2 and 3. Any interested vendor must provide: Documentation of technical expertise and capability presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, and experience to meet technical acceptability.
