## Description

**Notice to Offerors/Suppliers:** Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor will provide a mosquito fogger with the following salient characteristics:

**Fogger Machine 1. Fogging Method:** o Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) dispersal system o Capable of producing aerosol droplets in the 5-30 micron range for maximum insecticide effectiveness o Designed for use with EPA-registered public health insecticides 2. Mounting Configuration: o Skid-mounted frame for vehicle bed installation o Forklift access points or lift handles for transport and positioning 3. Engine and Power: o Gasoline-powered engine (minimum 15 horsepower) o Electric start with battery or manual pull-start backup o Self-contained system - no external power source required 4. Tank Capacity: o Integrated chemical tank with a minimum capacity of 5 gallons o Corrosion-resistant construction (polyethylene or stainless steel)

**5. Flow and Output:** o Adjustable flow rate to accommodate different formulations and application densities o Operating pressure of approximately 6 PSIG or greater o Capable of consistent, uniform droplet size output 6. Controls and Operation: o Operator control panel with manual and remote activation options o Pressure gauges and flow meters for precise chemical delivery monitoring o Safety shutoff and flush system for operator protection and maintenance 7. Construction and Durability: o Heavy-duty weather-resistant frame suitable for rugged outdoor use o Chemical- and UV-resistant components o Hose fittings and tubing rated for pesticide compatibility 8. Dimensions and Weight (Approximate): o Dimensions: Not to exceed 60 inches x 36 inches x 40 inches o Weight: Not to exceed 500 lbs (unloaded)

**9. Transportation Compatibility:** o Designed for installation on standard utility vehicles, pickup beds, or trailers o Tie-down points or mounting brackets included
