## Description

The 49 FSS at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking two 40 gallon tilting skillet braising pans and one blast chill freezer for the DFAC in accordance with the ‘Salient Characteristics’ at Attachment 2. Interested vendors shall documentation of proposed item (manuals, specifications literature, etc.) must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that quoted item can meet technical acceptability.

Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendent is to add new "Salient Characterits" and new quote due date
