## Description

Aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) collection and cleaning of area in 7 aircraft hangers on Holloman AFB. Companies seeking to submit quotes shall furnish documentation proving their capability to fulfill the requirements specified on the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that a company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certifications, and experience to meet technical acceptability.
