## Description

This contract will provide for a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork on real property at Holloman AFB, NM and on federal real property within a 100-mile radius (excluding Texas), such as bombing ranges and water pipelines. Contractor shall provide design/build construction services in accordance with this basic contract SOW and attachments, and as further specified in each task order. This is a multiple award IDIQ contract. In addition to FA4801-24-D-0001, the following contracts are also awarded: FA4801-24-D-0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, and 0007 See attached list of awardees.
