## Description

Airfield Rubber Removal, Airfield Paint Removal, and Airfield Paint Striping on Holloman AFB, NM via an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract per FAR 16.504(b). The 8(a) sole source award to the contractor was offered and accepted by the Small Business Administration IAW FAR Subpart 19.8. Task Orders (TO's) will be issued against this IDIQ. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment to successfully complete the TO within the Statement of Work and applicable specifications, including UFGS-32 17 23, UFC 3-260-04, and ETL 04-2.
