## Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement closes 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, 02 March 2026. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a corresponding size standard of $19M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 238210 in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform comprehensive airfield lighting control system maintenance on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that ensures continuous and reliable service.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and perform all operations necessary to conduct a comprehensive package of diagnostics and testing of the Airfield Lighting Computer System (ALCS) by certified technicians. The service shall include advanced preventive and predictive maintenance capabilities, along with complete hands-on system and hardware training for the customer maintenance personnel. The contractor shall provide a detailed report custom tailored to the airport, documenting all work performed and actions taken.
