The contractor shall provide support services that include on call services, remote support, on site-troubleshooting as needed, repair, and parts replacement. Support services will be conducted on Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC). Performance will consist of one (1) 12-month base period, and four (4) one-year option periods. The Government anticipates making award on or about 30 August 2026, with the Request for Quote (RFQ) release date on or about 30 July 2026.
