The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel to ensure the facilities remain serviceable and operationally effective, in compliance with all applicable standards. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541350 (Building Inspection Services), with a corresponding small business size standard of $11.5M. The Government anticipates releasing a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about April 15, 2026, with an award on or about April 30, 2026.
