As required by FAR 5.101, his notice constitutes a synopsis for the solicitation of a P-23 Aircraft Crash Recovery Vehicle Replacement Pump per the specificaitons listed below. This will likely be supported by a brand-name justification for Waterous products. The government will install the part and no services are needed for the prospective contractor.
