This requirement will result in the award of two firm-fixed price Multiple Award IDIQs with on/off-ramp provisions. These are Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contracts with a combined maximum ceiling of $320,000,000 over an 8-year Period of Performance. In accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, and the criteria outlined in Section M of the solicitation, the two initial awards were made to the responsible bidders whose bids conformed to all solicitation requirements and who submitted the two lowest Total Evaluated Prices (TEP) that were determined to be fair and reasonable. The two successful initial awardees are Terra Site Constructors LLC (Front Royal, VA) - Contract FA480026D0005 and Capital Brand Group LLC (Beltsville, MD) - Contract FA408826D0006.
