## Description

The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services in Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This proposed procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be for one base year and four one-year option periods.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $47M. The RFP release date is on or about 10 September 2025 and will close 21 days thereafter. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
