This sources sought is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB’s 1st Fighter Wing procure approximately 46 each (55- GAL barrels) of aeroshell smoke oil for the 2025 Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show, 25-27 April 2025. This requirement includes the delivery of said smoke oil no later than 24 April 2025 and shall pick up unopened barrels of smoke oil at the conclusion of the Air Show, on or about 30 April 2025. The contractor is to provide these services in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of Airshow attendees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this requirement. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. *Please reference attached draft PWS (Section 9.0 Special Requirements) for USAF approved smoke oil products* The attached PWS is in draft status and will be updated for a formal RFQ. Please monitor SAM.gov for all subsequent postings.
