## Description

Troubleshooting and repair services to the Vindicator System, which is a highly secure, integrated security solution developed by Honeywell; combining features like intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and sometimes even fire systems, primarily designed to protect critical infrastructure like government facilities, industrial plants, and utilities, offering a unified user interface to manage all security aspects in one place.

The 497 ISRG operates Distributed Ground System-1 (DGS-1), the largest part of the Air Force’s weapon system for processing, exploiting, analyzing, and distributing intelligence collected from Air Force and other intelligence platforms. Additionally, DGS-1 is involved in combat intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations around the globe on a 24/7 basis delivering high-confidence products and services to Joint and Coalition forces and other designated government agencies.

As such, the key factors to the performance of this real-world mission are to maintain a secure posture of the 122k Sq ft SCIF designated as Protection Level 4 facility asset with the Vindicator Command and Control Workstation the hub for Access Control, CCTVs and IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems).
