SERVICE SUPPORT 3.1 The Contractor shall provide the following customer support services: 3.1.1 Labor for commissioning start-up of system 3.1.2 One complete pre-test and one complete final test with AHJ on the system. 3.1.3 Provide end-user training upon final acceptance of system. 3.1.4 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon final acceptance. 4. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS 4.1 Contractor shall provide a minimum 1-year parts and labor warranty for all installed software/hardware/infrastructure.
