## Description

ACC A3J located on Langley AFB is looking to upgrade its conference room, bldg. 664 rm 243, to be SIPRNet (Secret) Video Teleconference (VTC) capable, to DoDM 5200.01 and DoDI 8523.01 standards. The room will need to be capable of NIPR and SIPR connectivity for briefings and VTC.

The government requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a full-solution VTC and AV system, to include procurement and installation, in addition to one year of on-call support and maintenance Please see the attached Combo Synopsis/Solictation and Statement of Objectives (SOO) for full details and guidelines.

As a requirement of this solicitation, ALL quoting vendors MUST provide their own Statement of Work which details the specifications, tasks, and materials requireed to complete the project as per the SOO. This is 100% set aside for small business. Questions are due by noon, Friday, 16 Aug.
