## Description

The requirement is to provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair all traffic signals for Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. Traffic signals serviced will be those installed at Langley Air Force Base (LAFB).
