## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract, and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals.

The 633d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Langley AFB VA, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Battlefield Operation Support Systems (BOSS) upgrades to Tactical Communications Group LLC. BOSS is used extensively in virtually all Air Force and Joint Interoperability Certification Testing in support of the Air Force participating Test Unit mission. The BOSS is an integral component of the testing capability due to every system employing Link-16 and JREAP-C.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, and the size standard is $34M This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability no later than 23 Jan 24, 11:00 P.M. EST A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement after receiving any responses is exclusively at the discretion of the Government.
