## Description

The 633d Contracting Squadron has selected the awardee, Leota Professional Resources, LLC, of 4640 Forbes Blvd, Lanham, MD, for the Dining Facility Attendant services at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The services will be performed on Joint Base Langley Air Base and are expected to be completed 30 May 2029. The award is the result of a competitive 8(a) set-aside posted on the Government Point of Entry and ten (10) proposals were received via email as a result.

The Contractor shall provide all project management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the mess attendant services required in dining facilities at two (2) dining facilities on Langley AFB in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The period of performance will be one (1) base year plus four (4) option years with a Base Year value of $1,848,648.67.

The estimated performance start date is 01 June 2024. Fiscal year 2024 Operations and Maintenance funds in the amount of $615,697.55 will be obligated at the time of contract award.
