The site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM CDT. This is an opportunity for industry partners to view the physical location prior to solicitation and provide final inputs on the draft Performance Work Statement. The site visit will provide industry partners with an opportunity to view the physical location and gain a better understanding of the requirements for the temporary aircraft shelters. The installation is expected to occur over the winter months, and the Government's need date for the aircraft shelters is 31 January 2025. The physical site conditions include a non-reinforced 19.5\" concrete ramp. Additionally, Grand Forks AFB, ND has a winter construction exclusion period of November 15th through April 15th annually. This information is important for contractors to consider when preparing their proposals and planning for the installation.
