The Contract Line Item (CLN) for bid are identified as: CLIN 0001 Project Number BAEY 240021 is located at Facility B810. CLIN 0002 Project Number BAEY 240022 is located at Facility B845. CLIN 0003 Fuel (Option) The Contractor shall provide a work plan for a complete and usable system within the negotiated and accepted contract construction cost and meeting all requirements of this statement of work. The government will not accept requests for additional funds unless approved in writing by the Contract Officer. The work shall include removal and disposal of the existing standby diesel generator system Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The Contractor shall install a new Cummins 20kW generator system, complete with fuel tank, a Cummins Diesel compatible Bypass ATS, and specified appurtenances in accordance with (IAW) UFC 3-540-01, NFPA 70, and NFPA 110 and applicable references Specified in UFC 3-540-01. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, operations, and incidentals required. Contractor shall perform all necessary connections to the generator and bypass ATS so that they are fully operational in accordance with all current NFPAs, DAFMANs, UFCs, State and local codes and regulations. **Magnitude:** $500,000 and $1M. **Site Visit:** Site Visit Scheduled for 18 Sep. 2024 at 10:30am.
