This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. To minimize disruption and allow for continued building operations, the project will be executed by dividing the work area into three (3) distinct geographical phases, as outlined in Attachment 1 (Building Phase Plan). The Contractor shall complete the full sequence of work activities in each phase before proceeding to the next. (iv).
