Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, is updated to include a new addendum, "ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1," which provides detailed quotation preparation instructions, including format and page limitations. Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the revised Section M. The revised section clarifies the best value evaluation process for this acquisition.
