Tank Purchase and Installation: Delivery and installation of new propane tanks. This contract includes a firm-fixed delivery fee with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) for the propane commodity, based on the Butane-Propane News (BPN) index for the San Joaquin, CA region. The total contract ceiling is $3.4 million, with a maximum annual ordering limitation of $690,000.
