This Requirement is to procure Oil (Smoke, Engine & Additive) Airshow 2025 for the execution of the 2025 2-day Air & Space Expo, as defined in the associated Statement of Work (SOW) for Beale AFB (BAFB), CA. The offeror shall deliver smoke oil, engine oil, and engine oil additive to the 2025 Beale Airshow and remove unspent materials and empty containers at the conclusion of the period of performance. The government will only pay for actual oil used (opened containers). Unspent and unopened containers will be removed at no cost to the government. The offeror shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the services described in this Statement of Work (SOW). 7.
