## Description

Beale AFB requests interest for repairing sewer manholes, addressing inflow and infiltration (I&I). This notice is for market research purposes only and no bids will be accepted at this time. Major Work Elements The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, testing, analysis, reports, permits, specifically confined space and air quality authority to construct permit, hauling, tools, equipment, to accomplish all the work involved as necessary for repairing Sewer Manholes, addressing Inflow and Infiltration (I&I).

1. Repair and Address Inflow & Infiltration Contractor shall repair various sewer manholes by replacing/resealing of grade rings, frames, covers, of the in-service manholes. Raising the frames of manholes 6” above ground, install plugs, repair and seal around the pipes, benches, around the plugs, and addressing any I&I issues within the manholes.

2. Licensing Contractor is responsible for acquiring all necessary permits and paying all required fees for the legal construction and operation of any installed equipment or systems. The contractor is also responsible for Air Quality permits from the Feather River Air Quality in coordination with CES Environmental for compliance.

3. Disposal The Contractor shall coordinate with 9CES Environmental staff to determine proper disposal requirements for materials, which may include on-base recycling, hazardous waste disposal, or non-hazardous waste offsite disposal. It shall remain the responsibility of the Contractor to haul and dispose of removed materials identified for offsite disposal. All fees to dispose material offsite shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

The Contractor shall contact 9CES Hazardous Waste Program Manager for proper disposal details and required coordination and documentation references. Coordination shall also be made with 9CES Environmental regarding recycling 4. Notice to Contrators Contractor shall provide completed Sources Sought Questionnaire with information and past performance of similar work for two utility wells on DOD or Executive Agency contracts.
